一、本土語文課程計畫規劃情形、執行方案或實施策略:依母語日實施計畫規劃並執行

執行方式及實施策略如下:

（一）行政運作：

  1.鼓勵教師參加母語認證研習。

  2.訂定及執行學校母語日計畫。

  3.規劃及執行鄉土踏查工作。

  4.舉辦校內母語日活動。

  5.貫徹教學正常化，落實母語教學，鼓勵教師於母語日能使用母語上課。

  6.設立學校本土語言網站，充實本土教育及台灣母語日教學素材，並派專人管理。

（二）活動規劃：

  1.學生下課時間及日常生活中應配合母語日使用母語交談、問候及回答老師的問題。

      2.規劃辦理如：多元評量、母語日活動、母語教學成果發表等多元活動。

  3.訂定母語日實施計劃及成立母語推行工作小組，並定時召開工作會議規劃母語日活動。

  4.規劃各項教學活動計劃（台語朗讀練習、俗諺大家說活動、台語說故事、校外教學，校外踏青活動、地震防災演練.. 等）。

  5.每週一為本校母語日，於晨間打掃、課間活動等時間播放鄉土歌謠，供全校欣賞、收聽。

  6.配合221世界母語日活動，宣導世界母語日的意義，與母語的重要，並辦理相關宣導活動。

  7.規劃民俗節慶的宣導、地方戲曲及母語卡通影片的欣賞、社區活動的參與，加強母語的聽說能力，以欣賞本土語言的智慧與優美。

     8.學校網頁設立班級母語日網站，推廣並分享母語教學活動。

（三）情境營造：

     1.配合班級特色規劃學習角落，加強各班鄉土母語學習情境佈置。

  2.校園學習步道規劃（中廊、樓梯、走廊），營造優質鄉土語言教學環境之措施。

     3.規劃母語教學資源專櫃（實物、書籍、影音、海報等）。

二、發放本土語言選修課調查表並備查二年

     1.閩南語 6 班學生人數 71 人

     2.客家語  0  班學生人數    人

     3.原住民族語  0 班學生人數 0   人

三、確實依學生意願開班(閩南語)

四、全部學生皆調查

五、持續推行
