主旨：有關協助原在陸、港、澳就讀高級中等以下學校之臺生，
於嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（武漢肺炎）疫情期間返臺學習銜
接措施，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署109年2月11日臺教國署高字
第1090015203A號函辦理。
二、因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（武漢肺炎）疫情，建議提供在
陸、港、澳之臺生於疫情期間在臺學習銜接措施如下，如
有旨揭學生向貴校洽詢，請依下列原則辦理：
(一)高級中等教育階段學生如規劃於學期中返臺銜接學習，
得向貴校提出申請隨班附讀，請積極協助安排學習及生
活輔導措施。學生原在大陸或港澳就讀學校，如符合大
陸或港澳學歷採認相關規定，可逕自參加國內各校轉學
考試，其轉學併入暑假轉學管道辦理。另學生入學後，
在原就讀學校所修讀之學分，如符合前述學歷採認相關
規定，其學分抵免方式由貴校認定。
(二)至於國中小教育階段學生，如規劃於學期中短暫返臺銜

接學習，得於戶籍所在地之學區學校，採隨班附讀方式
臨時安置就學，並依現行年級編入適當班級；如為總量
管制或額滿學校，可採外加名額方式辦理，每班以外加1
人為原則。學生如擬轉入國內學校就讀，則依據國民教
育法及本縣相關規定辦理，貴校可採認足資佐證其現在
年級之相關文件或進行施測，以編入適當年級。
三、請貴校於學校網站首頁設置疫情期間資訊公告專區，將學
習銜接措施公布，並提供聯絡窗口，俾利學生向學校洽接
連繫。
