一、依據國立臺灣師範大學113年1月17日師大進字第1131000202A號函辦理。

二、旨揭基礎級暨初級(多梯次)認證於每月辦理，全國認證於113年9月7日及15日於全國16個考區辦理，相關報名資訊請詳閱附件檔案之各級認證簡章。

三、旨揭基礎級暨初級認證，另有到校施測服務及認證輔導班開班補助申請，欲申請辦理之國民中、小學及高中職學校，請詳閱附件檔案之到校施測簡章及開班補助申請表。

四、客語能力認證報名作業，19歲以下報名免收報名費，超過19歲報名者，酌收新臺幣250元報名費；公教人員通過認證者訂有獎勵措施，相關獎勵措施、報名訊息請至「客語能力認證」網站(https://hakkaexam.hakka.gov.tw)查詢，惠請協助公告報名訊息於貴校網站。
