一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署108年6月21日臺教國署學字第1080070716號函辦理。
二、依據衛生福利部疾病管制署統計資料，本(108)年截至6月19日國內共計21例本土登革熱病例，均居住高雄市；另有171例境外移入病例，90%以上感染地為東南亞國家，其中以印尼58例、越南34例、菲律賓20例為多；境外移入病例數為近10年同期最高。
三、暑假期間，學生出國旅行、留遊學、與鄰近東南亞國家交流機會頻繁，更增加境外移入風險，為維護教職員工生健康，請學校配合辦理以下事項：
(一)進行衛生教育宣導：向教職員工生宣導，前往流行地區於戶外環境，宜著淡色長袖衣物，並在皮膚裸露處塗抹衛生福利部核可的防蚊藥劑，強化師生防疫知識及自我保護技巧之宣導；提醒來（返）臺師生於入境後應自主健康監測14天，如出現發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛、出疹等症狀時，應儘速就醫，並主動告知醫師旅遊史。
(二)疫情監測及通報機制：請貴校掌握自流行地區來（返）臺師生之人數、名冊與健康狀況，若有發生確診病例，應落實校安通報作業，以利掌握校園最新疫情發展。
(三)如有教職員工生感染登革熱/茲卡等蚊媒傳染病，應請其儘量減少外出，著淺色長袖衣褲、使用防蚊藥劑、晚上就寢加掛蚊帳等防蚊措施，落實自主管理，避免再次被蚊子叮咬，並配合本縣衛生單位進行各項防疫措施，以防止校園疫情擴散。
四、相關資訊請逕至衛生福利部疾病管制署網站（http://www.cdc.gov.tw/）「國際旅遊與健康」及「傳染病介紹/蟲媒傳染病/登革熱或茲卡病毒感染症」項下查詢參用，或撥打國內免付費防疫專線1922（或0800-001922）洽詢。
五、依據傳染病防治法第25條規定：「地方主管機關應督導撲滅蚊、蠅、蚤、蝨、鼠、蟑螂及其他病媒。前項病媒孳生源之公、私場所，其所有人、管理人或使用人應依地方主管機關之通知或公告，主動清除之。」，另依該法第70條規定：「有下列情事之一者，處新臺幣三千元以上一萬五千元以下罰鍰；必要時，並得限期令其改善，屆期未改善者，按次處罰之：一、違反第二十五條第二項規定。...」。請貴校務必落實登革熱等蚊媒感染防治措施，以免被裁罰。
