主旨：請鼓勵貴校所屬師生踴躍使用財團法人台灣閱讀文化基金
會建置之「數位讀寫網」，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署109年9月25日臺教國署國字
第1090113767號函辦理。
二、財團法人台灣閱讀文化基金會推動「109年度數位讀寫學習
實施計畫」，建置「數位讀寫網」，鼓勵學生透過引導式
平台，由運用注音符號開始，達成閱讀與表達等能力，進
而展現高階批判思考，可以選取、判斷、統整線上資料，
培養線上數位閱讀素養及自主學習能力。
三、「數位讀寫網」提供師生免費且可靠的線上資源，內容包
括基礎讀寫(Primary Process，PP)、深度讀寫(Deap
Process，DP)和線上探究(Explore Process，EP)三項主
題，網址及適用對象如下：
(一)網址：http://eliteracy.twnread.org.tw。
(二)適用對象：國小三年級以上（為避免國小一至二年級學生過早接觸3C產品，同時配合財團法人台灣閱讀文化基
金會線上探究競賽實施年段，建議鼓勵三年級以上學生
多加使用本網站資源進行練習，四年級以上則可參與線
上探究競賽，將所學到的數位學習再做延伸）。
