縣長媽媽給國小學生暑假的一封信 親愛的小朋友大家好：

今年在暑假前，因為新冠肺炎疫情嚴峻，同學們過了一段很不一樣的學習 生活，一起和老師們共同在線上學習，感恩老師們準備了豐富的教學內容，讓 大家的學習不中斷；也感謝小朋友們在家自律，守護自己的健康。暑假即將來 臨，縣長媽咪有幾件事要提醒小朋友，期待小朋友各個都是具良好習慣的三 「慣」王：

一、保持良好的健康習慣：防疫期間，相信小朋友已經養成戴口罩、勤洗 手 的衛生習慣。除此之外，暑假期間還要記得做好時間管理、正常作息、 健康飲食，尤其國小階段是身心成長的重要歷程，持續規律的運動，可 以增強自己的健康及免疫力；另外、適度使用 3C 產品，讓眼睛充分休 息，保護自己的視力；夏日戲水也一定要家人陪同到合格的場所，並且 注意水域安全。

二、持續廣泛的閱讀習慣：閱讀是獲得知識的任意門，可以強化自己的學習力。 閱讀的方式很多元，可以閱讀紙本報章雜誌、瀏覽線上電子書，還可以 親近自然觀察環境、欣賞博物館或美術館的作品，讓生活周遭的事物都 成為我們閱讀的素材，豐富我們的生活經驗。即使在防疫期間，小朋友 也可以在網路上參與許多線上舉辦的藝文活動，例如：我們文化局「林 老師線上說故事」，在家就可以聽故事；以及「防疫 GO 藝文」，線上可 以看展覽；參加暑假的「e 起宅閱讀」，有許多閱讀好禮等著小朋友； 或者教育處的「『疫』起宅學習」，週週都有挑戰任務，在家裡嘗試自己 動手創作，還有機會抽大獎；說不定在「『疫』想天開~校長才藝班」還 可以發現自己學校的校長身懷絕技呢！

三、培養家庭的互助習慣：平時爸爸媽媽總希望小朋友專注於課業學習，因此 大部分的家務都由他們負擔。暑假期間，小朋友有充裕的時間可以分擔 家務，甚至一起做家事，增加和家人相處的時間，促進家庭和樂的氣氛。 另外、停課期間難免仍有學習不足的地方，可以和家人討論、審視這段 期間自己的學習成果，共同規劃多元而充實的假期生活。 期待小朋友在暑假認真生活每一天，利用假期多運動、勤閱讀、練家務， 做自己的主人，設定目標挑戰自己、超越自己。在疫情尚未趨緩之前，一定要 勤洗手、戴口罩、保持社交距離，謹守防疫的紀律。祝福小朋友有個健康平安、 幸福充實的暑假生活！ 縣長 謹誌 110 年 7月
